I could easily drink beer and wine every night. The variations in flavor and complexity are in themselves intoxicating. Done properly, there are valuable medical benefits to drinking one to two drinks per day. However, there are downsides to regular drinking, my waist line being one of them. So, I am going to limit myself to one drink per night. I will try to pick up something new, every day or two, and write about it. We live in a wonderful age of microbrews and small wineries.
